1. Service Agreement

By utilizing VerdantYield Systems' LoRaWAN hardware and dashboard services, you agree to these terms. Hardware installation is subject to a separate physical contract outlining maintenance responsibilities.

2. Hardware Maintenance & Battery Life

While our sensors are designed for harsh Central Valley micro-climates, battery life is dependent on ping frequency and environmental factors. VerdantYield is not liable for data loss during battery replacement periods.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our telemetry data is meant to supplement, not replace, traditional farming intuition and manual soil checks. We are not liable for crop loss resulting from irrigation scheduling decisions based on our dashboard.
